In the end, the installer will decide. For national HD, it wouldn't matter whether you got 61.5 or 129 as they have the same national content. St Louis HD locals aren't available yet, but I have a vague recollection they were to be 118 which would be a Dish 1000+ to get 110, 119, 129, and 118 (and no 61.5). I could EASILY be mistaken about St Louis HD locals though. Ignoring where HD locals will eventually be located, a Dish 1000 with 110/119/129 would work for you and so would a Dish 500 for 110/119 and a separate dish for 61.5. As long as you can see EITHER 129/61.5 at your selected location, you can get the "Voom HD channels".
