BUT, that OTA WILL work on OTA HD - W/OUT the BS $6 "enabling fee" - maybe they are fetching this price from people that ONLY care about OTA HD & not a bloated HD metal pak.
Also, doesn't the 942 have the higher speed USB connection for the Pocket Dishes?
