Why are some H25s not being updated?

I have a H25-500 that is stuck on x059d. According to the red H firmware site, the H25-700s have the latest version, x05D2.

Have they stopped supporting certain models of the H25?

They are essentially equivalent.

0x45D2 - H21/23
0x5D2 - H24/100, H24/200, H25/700, HR20, HR21, HR24/100, HR24/500
0x5D3 - HR24/200
0x59D - H25/100, H25/500
0x5CD - H24-700
