I have a Mitsubishi 62" DLP, I have the Captions set on the Net whatever it's called to auto set when I hit mute on the TV remote, netcommand or something or other, and I have an HR20, and I cannot egt it to work, yet another freaking problem with thsi stupid thing. It sure worked with the old Tico, it worked with the HD tivo, but SURPRISE!!!!, WOW!!!!, it doe snot work with e HR20, and WOW!!!, anoher SORPRISE, the HR20 menu does not hjave an option for the captions either, anonje have suggestions?

There is an option. It is under Menu, Setup, Display. There is a tab on top that says captioning.

Don't be sorprised to discover it's user error you are encountering. Turn captions on on your unit. The HR20 is different than your Tico's, once you learn it, you'll be better off.
