There are several DMAs which get all 4, some with 3 and a few with only 2. There are also a few who get 5 HD locals. Here is a list (not updated recently, so I don't know if there are any new ones: http://www.dbstalk.com/hr20/html/DIRECTV_lil_list.html. Where less than 4 are carried, it is generally because the ownership of the local station is being difficult.
