You are correct, the input is the port all the way to the right. The 1000.2 also had an internal switch. The labeling you found is if you connect a DPP44 switch to a 1000.2/.4 LNB it is showing you which port will output which orbital. With no other switch attached all 3 ports operate on the internal switch.
Wiring diagram needed for a 1000.4 WA LNB
I have a 1000.4 WA dish. The installer connected 3 of the 4 cables from the LNB but left one unconnected. I looked at the LNB yesterday but there was no labeling on the LNB to differentiate between the 3rd output and the 4th input. I have a suspicion that the installer used the input as the 3rd wire.
