Ive had a guy who was working at home yelling at his kids while on the phone with me before. Some people are just clueless.

I'm an installer and I have called in to activate receivers and could hear the guys dogs barking in the house. Sometimes these calls go pretty well, but once in awhile the at home guys seem a bit to laid back and relaxed for my tastes. The level of professionalism isn't there sometimes. At other times they are just like they were in a cubical at Directv call center somewhere but I have some clue they are really at home.

As someone that works from home (for another company), I can tell you that dogs specifically wait for you to get on the phone. Mine wont bark the entire day except for the 5 mins I am on a call. I can imagine it happens pretty regularly for someone doing call center work from home.
