I noticed that WOTV was playing a Dish Network informercial today. I wonder if maybe that was part of the agreement to have it on 119 instead of 61.5

I doubt it. I've seen those on a lot of channels. It seems that Dish Network is now advertising nationally on all locals cuz I've seen it on nearly all of my Indy locals once or twice. I might be wrong though.
