The Chinese Basketball Association just announced that Yao-Min has been cleared to enter the NBA draft. The word on this player from GMs around the league, who went over to Europe to see him is that...
he is a 7'5 player that can run the floor REALLY WELL, shoot 3s, shoot from the around the basket, and on the low block. He can also put the ball down on the floor & block shots. The term being used to describe him is "FRANCHISE PLAYER!"
Any team who isn't in need of a pg will be selecting him with the first pick in the draft. The only problem is, he will be late in arriving to training camp, next season. Other than that, he just finished leading his team to the Chinese Basketball Association Championship. Should be interesting to see which team he goes to.
