Is cinemax not in HD? I'm looking at the channels for tomorrow night (I sub to HBO but not Cinemax) and see 310-314 showing up as Cinemax channels, but none of them appear to be in HD. Can't believe people would sub to a movie channel that is SD??

Non-subs of Max will not see the HD feeds in the guide until the free preview becomes available.

I should add that is true for map downs. For example, you should be able to see the HD feed guide data in red on channels 9440, 9441, 9458, and 9479. I hope that helps.

No, should have ended late Sunday night or sometime very early Monday morning.

It should have ended this morning (Tuesday) actually.

Actually, the way Dish sets up most of these free previews you can tell when it's going to end. Just go to the TV Guide, look for the SD versions of the channels, and then keep on going forward until they turn green. That's when they are slated to end.
