"your smart card............" message flashes fraction of a second
I am seeing a typical gray box with a message "your smart card......[about 2 1/2 more lines]" flashes too fast to read, a fraction of a second perhaps.
I am fast forwarding through recorded CNN when it happens.
Seems to cause no problems.
Any ideas as to what this is about?
