Just went up in my attic to see the new addition of a WB68.after adding a second SDDVR.I just happened to touch it and it was so hot i could not keep my hand on it.
Is this normal?

And people wonder why I'm against putting multiswitches in the attic (the hottest place of the house), especially in the hot southern states like Georgia where you are.

Make sure it's not just laying on top of something that can easily catch fire.

If your gonna leave it there, I'd mount it to something solid.

Our installer put it on the side of the house directly attached to the wall through the vinyl siding on one side so it hangs out in the wind at nearly a 45deg angle to the house. LOL
