I'm not watching much of the SD channels as I used to and was thinking of dropping to the Family Pack. Now E*'s website does not list a price of the HD pack anymore. Is it still available and for how much? Does it include all of the HD channels?

Can I get HD package w/Family Pack
There is no "HD Pack" since February. There are DishHD packages that include the equivilent AT60/120/180/AEP channels ... but no simple add-on "HD Pack" as there was before (except for residents of Alaska and Hawaii).
