What is MAVHD?

What is the channel supposed to be? It has a channel slot at 9465, but has been listed as off air since I upgraded to HD last year.

Only available in Dallas.

"Sub" channel of HDNET, but only available in Dallas Mavericks territory.

If it's only available in Dallas then why does it show up in everybody's EPG? After all I can't see the RSN's for any other area but mine. They hide tons of channels we cannot sub to, why is this one different?

At one time it was available for some games for everyone. Now its pretty much restricted to Dallas DMA.
