Can i have both DISH and DirecTV signals come into my house via same cable?

anybody knows if i can have both DN and DTV feeds run through the same cable into my room? Now that DishNetwork dropped CSNCA i need DTV to provide me with CSNCA. I want to keep my DN box set up ( i have a deal with DN that i don't want to loose) but also want to set up DTV dish on the roof and possibly have a switch on the roof between DTV and DN dishes, if i have to.

It's rare that anyone would need to have both at the same time, but if someone knows if its possible and the best way to do it i would appreciate the comment.

My current set up:
DN dish with 3 LNBs running to my VIP622 box and feeds 1 HD + 1 SD TVs

No - because they share the same frequencies. You need to pull another coax for the DirectTV system.

They have to be on on different cables. I used to have both services for purposes of Distant Network Service; I was getting distant locals out of NY & LA from Directv and Chicago, Denver & Atlanta thru Dish. You would only need 1 cable from a single LNB d-tv dish, each system is separate.
